VT-PM604 3-Phase Power Quality Analyzer
The VT-PM604 is a portable, multifunction power quality analyzer designed for electrical troubleshooting, energy audits, power monitoring and industrial maintenance. It combines electrical parameter measurement, harmonic analysis, and long-duration data logging in one handheld instrument. Whether you are investigating a motor's electrical performance, checking a power distribution system, assessing an EV charger's AC input, or documenting energy consumption, the VT-PM604 helps you collect useful electrical data without relying on separate instruments for every parameter.
Measure Live Electrical Systems with Flexible Current Probes - The VT-PM604 supports flexible Rogowski current probes and compatible current clamps. These probes can be placed around suitable conductors to measure current without disconnecting the cable.
The analyzer supports 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, single-phase 2-wire, and single-phase 3-wire configurations. This flexibility allows it to be used across a variety of electrical installations.
Comprehensive Electrical Parameter Measurement - The VT-PM604 measures voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, energy, demand, frequency, and true power factor. It also displays voltage and current unbalance, helping maintenance teams investigate phase-loading differences and other electrical performance issues.
Harmonic Analysis up to the 51st Order - Harmonics can contribute to overheating, additional losses, equipment stress, and unexpected electrical problems. The VT-PM604 measures voltage and current harmonics up to the 51st order and provides total and individual harmonic distortion readings.
These measurements can help engineers investigate harmonic conditions in systems containing variable-frequency drives, UPS equipment, power electronics and other non-linear loads.
Data Logging and Reporting - For energy audits and extended monitoring, the VT-PM604 provides adjustable recording intervals from 1 to 9999 seconds. Its internal memory stores logged measurements, while USB CSV export allows users to transfer data for further analysis, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
The RJ45 port supports MODBUS TCP/IP communication with compatible systems. A 3.5-inch colour TFT screen provides access to measured parameters directly on the instrument.
Portable Design for Field Work - Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery or the supplied DC adapter, the VT-PM604 is designed for portable measurement work. Its included carrying case and current and voltage accessories support convenient transport between inspection locations.
